How Can severe Dizziness Along With Low Heart Rate Be Treated?

Woke up during night and room was moving. Tried to get up and felt very dizzy. Went away after a minute or so. After laying back down I turned over and it happened several more times. Always right after sudden movements. Sugar was 136 and BP was 135/68. Heart rate was 48. Any suggestions? YYYY@YYYY

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!

Your heart rate is below limits of normal range.
Normally it is 60-100/min.
Also dizziness may be caused by orthostatic hypotension.

To be sure I suggest you do:
1.Electrocardiogram test.
2.Blood glucose test.
This will evaluate if you may need medications or not.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Suzana Zharri,
